We are thrilled to welcome internationally recognized oyster expert Julie Qiu on Monday, March 23rd, for two exclusive experiences designed for oyster lovers of all levels.

Julie is the founder of In A Half Shell and co-founder of the Oyster Master Guild, a global organization dedicated to advancing oyster education and professional standards. With more than 15 years of experience tasting oysters across six continents and 24 countries, she is widely recognized as one of the leading voices in oyster education today. Julie has been featured in major media including Vogue, The New York Times, NPR, USA Today, and Netflix’s Somebody Feed Phil, and regularly leads educational programs, tastings, and culinary events around the world.

Guests can choose between an educational Oyster Appreciation Masterclass, at 1pm, featuring a guided tasting and expert insights in an intimate setting, or an elegant five-course Oyster & Wine Dinner that begins at 6pm with a guided oyster tasting and continues with a curated dining experience.
